Do we dose the Advanced TRS like it says on the bottle? 2 sprays in morning and 2 sprays in evening? No increasing gradually?
Hi BJ, I personally start at 1/2 spray once daily, then increase to 1 spray daily, then 1 in the morning and 1 at night, then 2 in the morning and 1 at night, and so-on. I recommend staying at each dose for 2-3 days or so watching how the body responds. Sometimes people experience detox symptoms (healing crisis) so going slower helps give the body time to clean out. I also use muscle testing to ask my body what the best dose is day to day.
